Data we collect

We collect contact information, business details, and project requirements you submit through forms, intake, or support channels. We also collect analytics data about website usage via privacy-friendly tools such as Plausible.

How we use data

Data is used to deliver services, manage billing, provide support, improve our product, and send important updates. We may send marketing emails; you can opt out anytime.

Third-party processors

We use processors like Vercel, Netlify, Sanity, Supabase, Stripe, Plausible, Google Workspace, and Slack. Each processor only receives data necessary for their role.

Cookies & tracking

We do not use invasive tracking or third-party ad networks. Analytics cookies are anonymized and opt-in on public sites where required.

Retention

We retain client data while you are an active customer and for up to 12 months after cancellation, unless required to retain longer for legal or accounting reasons.

Your rights

Request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing privacy@3daywebsite.com. We respond within 30 days.

Security

We follow industry best practices: HTTPS, least-privilege access, credential rotation, and incident response procedures as documented in our SLA.

International transfers

Data may be stored or processed in the United States or other regions where our processors operate. We rely on standard contractual clauses where required.
