Terms of service.
Effective January 1, 2025. These terms govern your use of the 3 Day Website services. Review alongside our Privacy Policy and Service Level Agreement.
1. Services
We design, build, host, and maintain websites on a subscription basis. Plans include features as described on the Pricing and Compare Plans pages. Add-ons are scoped separately and billed either one-time or recurring.
2. Billing & cancellations
Plans renew monthly or annually based on your selection. You may cancel anytime prior to the next billing cycle. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on new subscriptions. Refunds after 30 days are not provided unless required by law.
3. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide timely access to content, assets, accounts, and stakeholders needed for launch and ongoing maintenance. Delays in providing materials may impact the 3-day turnaround window.
4. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of all content, brand assets, and data supplied to us. Upon cancellation, you keep the exported code, CMS content, and assets. We retain the right to reference work in our portfolio unless you request removal in writing.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use our services for unlawful content, spam, malware, or harmful activity. We may suspend or terminate services if usage violates this policy or applicable laws.
6. Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the incident. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We do not guarantee search rankings or specific conversion results.
7. Support & SLA
Support response times and revision turnaround windows follow the Service Level Agreement posted at /legal/sla. Significant incidents will be communicated via the Status page and email.
8. Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. We will notify active customers via email or Slack at least 7 days before changes take effect. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
